Job Description

Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates Work with internal & external sales teams to develop strategic marketing plans to ensure KPIs are being met. Ability to conduct deep data analysis and identify plan of action. Very strong commercial negotiation skills to work with retailers for any opening/ opportunity/ negotiate margins, closely follow-up with retailers. Work closely with all departments including retail, marketing, logistics, finance, PR. Requirements Proven working experience as Manager in Luxury Jewellery Brand. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers Outstanding communication skills Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices Package: Based on experience.   • Kuwait City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
