We are seeking a welcoming, detail-oriented, and proactive
Receptionist
to join our fitness facility. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a gym, wellness, or sports-related setting, be confident using CRM or membership systems, and thrive in an energetic, health-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests warmly and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
Handle member check-ins, membership queries, renewals, and class reservations.
Maintain accurate member information and complete daily administrative tasks using the CRM system.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with the promotion and sale of memberships, packages, and retail items when required.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Liaise with trainers and team members to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Requirements
Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, or similar client-facing environment.
Proficiency with CRM or membership management software.
Strong communication and people skills.
Highly organized, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Professional, approachable, and comfortable working in a fitness-focused workplace.
