Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Concierge with a proven background in luxury hospitality and lifestyle management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international high-end hotels, delivering exceptional, personalized service to discerning clients. This role requires expertise in itinerary creation, travel coordination, and providing exclusive lifestyle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and clients, providing bespoke, end-to-end concierge services.

Create and manage detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining, and experiences.

Anticipate client needs, offering proactive solutions and recommendations for luxury experiences, entertainment, and dining.

Coordinate with global hospitality partners, luxury service providers, and vendors to secure exclusive reservations and experiences.

Manage special requests, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.

Maintain strong relationships with high-end hotels, restaurants, event organizers, and travel partners worldwide.

Handle last-minute changes or urgent requests with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.

Uphold strict confidentiality and protect client privacy at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations, or Lifestyle Manager in international luxury hotels, resorts, or premium concierge services.

Proven track record of itinerary creation, travel planning, and luxury service coordination.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mindset.

Strong global network and familiarity with international destinations, events, and high-end experiences.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing client needs.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Proficient in using CRM systems, reservation platforms, and travel booking tools.

Experience handling UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clientele.
