About the Role
Morya Cars is seeking a motivated and experienced
Manager
to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage a team effectively.Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom and service area Supervise staff and assign duties to ensure efficiency Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction Monitor sales performance and work to meet targets Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed
Requirements
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role (automotive experience preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Good problem-solving and organizational abilities Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.) Must be reliable, professional, and customer-focused
