Market Research to identify prospective retailers, distributors across the Middle-East who can sell our client brand products
Idenitfy and reach out to potential retailers through business development initiatives (e-mail, cold-calling, networking etc.)
Provide customers with accurate price lists and information on our brands and products
Follow up on sales and logistics processes until order conclusion
Organise pro-forma and order invoices as required
Generate and maintain purchase records, operational records
Manage calendars, calls, scheduling and arranging day to day internal and external meetings
Prepare presentations, price-lists etc.
To maintain relationships with the existing as well as new clients
Draft letters, permits & other documents as required
Investigating and resolving queries from customers
Progressing towards activity targets and KPI's set by the sales manager
Exceptional customer service with a proactive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Job Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with some autonomy. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. In addition, the following experience and skills are required:
University Bachelors Degree
Family visa Spouse/Father's
Superior market analysis and research capabilities
At least 2+ years of experience B2B or B2C sales
Retail/Brand experience ideal
Good math skills
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Expertise in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Maintain high-level confidentiality for all tasks
Being creative, entrepreneurial and bring out of box thinking to succeed with your tasks.
