Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of everything that you will do. Habtoor Team Members will always endeavor to find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Your key responsibilities for this position are:

To adhere to grooming standards at all times. To follow and maintain all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service. Attends shift briefings. To work in assigned areas of Housekeeping where instructed by Housekeeping Management. To assist in planning and scheduling the daily work assignment for the staff, thus ensuring to meet the Hotel and guest requirements To follow up on assignments given to staff ensuring that tasks are performed to the standards To ensure there is an adequate supply of uniforms available at all times To ensure all uniforms and guest garments are meeting the Hotel quality standard same for quantity of processed items To be responsible checking of guest garments, uniforms and Executive Laundry To ensure that all guest calls properly handled and laundry delivered on time To conduct on the job training and keep proper records To assist in optimizing performance through effective planning and cost controls To requisition any products necessary for the operation of the Department Attends meetings / briefings in accordance with departmental / Hotel policy. Attends training sessions as and when required
