The Lubricants Executive should support the growth and operations of our lubricants division in the UAE. The role involves assisting with sales coordination, customer support, and marketing initiatives to boost business performance. He/She will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the market and achieving sales targets.
Principal Role & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends within the lubricants segment.
Support the development and execution of sales and distribution plans.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, dealers, and customers to ensure high service standards.
Provide post-sales support and help resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and retention.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest action plans for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and promotions to boost visibility and sales.
Ensure operational processes are followed efficiently and contribute ideas for improvement.
