Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lubricant Oil Sales Representative to expand our market presence and manage key customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lubricant oil sales, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in assigned territories.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and deliver product presentations to promote lubricant oil solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products based on technical specifications and operational needs.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales manager and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and market feedback.
Travel locally as needed to meet clients and attend trade events.
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in sales of lubricant oils or industrial products.
In-depth knowledge of lubricant oil types, applications, and industry standards.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Existing client network in the lubricant or industrial sector is a strong advantage.
