What are you going to do?
Technical responsibility for service contracts
Development and implementation of MAN-ES digitization concept for condition based maintenance
We can offer you the following tasks:
Monitoring and analysis of operational behavior of turbo machines trains and related auxiliaries systems
First contact and primarily responsible for all technical questions including communication with the customer (taking by the hand / recognizing individual information requirements of customers)
Processing of all technical topics (e.g. machine monitoring, reports, gathering data, consulting, troubleshooting, creating event notification content)
Meeting deadlines (customer inquiries, diagnostic reports, etc.)
Recognition of hazards, improvement potentials and recommendation of modifications (Technical upgrades, Revamps, Retrofits, Service Concepts, etc.)
Internal technical coordination with other specialists (different engineering disciplines, consulting, field service, repairs, etc.)
Customer-specific spare parts recommendations for emergency spares, capital spares, TAs, etc. (detailed lists including material no.)
Participation in the planning and executions of overhauls including briefing from field service
Participation and preparation of regular appointments, calls, visits, etc.
Customer visits - for improving customer relation, assessing the machine status and the conditions on site

You can help us with these qualifications:
2-5 years of professional experience in industrial area, turbo machinery and its applications.
Previous work experience involving direct customer I end user contact
Strong personal and social skills to maintain good customer relation in strained situations
Broad understanding of operational behavior of turbomachinery, their components and their principle and control philosophies
Strong analytical skills as well as vital imagination and intuition to explore root causes of given problems.
Knowledge of balance of plant equipment, the turbo machine processes.
Professional experience in turbomachinery and / or control systems
Professional experience with similar digitization systems, remote monitoring and customer service
Professional experience with root cause analysis
Skilled in computer operations
fluency in English
