Assist in the development, implementation, and management of customer loyalty programs.
Conduct research on loyalty program best practices, trends, and competitors.
Analyze customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to develop and execute engagement strategies that drive customer loyalty.
Help with the preparation of program materials, including program rules, terms, and conditions.
Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Support the team in the execution of customer events and promotions.
Assist with customer service inquiries related to the loyalty program.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with loyalty programs and customer experience strategies is a plus.
