Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily lounge and bar operations
• Ensure the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction at all times
• Lead, motivate, and train colleagues through coaching and clear communication
• Drive service excellence across Nobu Prive and Bar Lounge operations
• Monitor departmental profitability, including cost control and revenue performance
• Assist with auditing, inventory management, and stock control processes
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, company policies, and safety procedures

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar lounge or restaurant management role
• Background in luxury hotel or high-end dining environments
• International hospitality experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about food and beverage service and guest experience
• Flexible and adaptable to working varied shifts and operational demands
