Job Responsibilities (Logistics / Transport Coordinator) : Must have Driving License.

1. Vehicle & Transport Management
Plan daily vehicle movements
Prepare driver duty schedules
Assign routes and ensure vehicles leave on time
Monitor fuel usage and mileage
2. Delivery & Material Handling
Arrange and supervise material collection and delivery
Check LPOs, Delivery Notes, and Invoices
Supervise loading and unloading
Coordinate with warehouse for material pickup
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain transport logbook
Update vehicle maintenance records
Prepare daily trip sheets and mileage reports
Submit delivery reports to management
4. Coordination Tasks
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and site teams
Handle delivery requests from sites or clients
Arrange urgent transport support when required
5. Vehicle Maintenance Follow-up
Follow up for vehicle service, registration, and insurance renewal
Coordinate with workshops for repairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
