Logistics/HSE Engineer
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Logistics/HSE Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to assist the Project Team in the establishment and implementation of a job logistics and safety program.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist the Project Team in the establishment and management of the job safety program.
Performs logistics functions within the scope of the job safety program and within the limits of his capability.
Performs accident record analysis and issues reports on a regularly scheduled basis.
Monitors the logistics plan implementation, with respect to one or more functions of the job safety and logistics program.
May perform non-safety functions; however, safety duties are given a greater priority than non-safety functions.
Conducts safety audits through review and analysis of the performance of safety records and safety inspections of facilities in compliance with ESHARP Management.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What You'll Be Doing:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related engineering field (or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8+ years of related work experience in the field of Logistics, Health, Safety, and Environment with a minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience (as Logistics Engineer or above) accompanied by an Traffic and EHS related Training Certifications.
Having ADOSH-OSHMS Practitioner A or B Grade (if applicable) and lead auditor qualification ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, etc.
Must have wide knowledge about UAE Road Regulation, ADOSH System Framework, Traffic Police, and the Emirates of Abu Dhabi Work Zone - Traffic Management manual requirements.
