Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Logistics/Distribution Officer. The role involves overseeing the logistics and distribution processes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products/materials while maintaining inventory accuracy. Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor the logistics and distribution of goods/materials from suppliers to customers or various locations. Plan and execute the transportation of goods, including scheduling shipments, arranging carriers, and ensuring on-time delivery. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities using appropriate software or systems. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to manage inventory levels and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies. Optimize logistics procedures to minimize costs and enhance efficiency without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Conduct regular audits of inventory and distribution processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
