Position: Logistic Coordinator / Warehouse Keeper
Key Responsibilities:
-Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and ensure sufficient inventory availability.
-Shipment Coordination - Plan and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
-Supplier & Customer Communication - Liaise with vendors, transport companies, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
-Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and inventory records.
-Compliance & Safety - Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
-Problem Resolution - Handle delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently.
-Route Optimization - Work with transport teams to minimize costs and improve delivery efficiency.
-Technology Use - Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software for tracking.
-Warehouse Organization - Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized warehouse.
-Receiving & Dispatching Goods - Check, verify, and record incoming and outgoing shipments. Stock Control - Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to prevent losses.
-Storage Management - Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage.
-Equipment Maintenance - Oversee the maintenance of warehouse tools and machinery.
-Health & Safety Compliance - Follow and enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
-Team Coordination - Supervise warehouse workers and assign daily tasks.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
-High school diploma or equivalent (required).
-Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
-Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
-Experience in handling warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus.
-Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
-Familiarity with inventory control methods and warehouse management systems (WMS).
-Ability to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and stock movements efficiently.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage stock levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
-Coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
-Effective communication skills to work with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to lift and move heavy items (depending on the role).
-Willingness to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, or dusty environments).
