Position: Logistics & Warehouse Assistant - Hardware Division

Company Overview: We are a leading trading company specializing in building materials, hardware items, construction items, and machine tools. With multiple shops and warehouses across the UAE, we pride ourselves on efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Position Overview: The Warehouse and Inventory Assistant will support the efficient operation of our warehouses by managing inventory, assisting with receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor. Assist in the preparation of regular inventory reports. Support the team in daily warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:

Qualification: Graduation Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory role is an advantage. Knowledge of inventory management software and systems. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Strong organizational and time management skills. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
