Process daily e-commerce outbound documentation, such as pick and pack lists, and courier waybills.
Data entry, Perform & Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system
Reconcile inventory as needed across various online marketplaces through the eWMS system.
Raise invoicing and send it to customers
Handling of warehouse documentation for order fulfillment and deliveries
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Handling admin duties in the warehouse such as organizing inbound and outbound tally sheet
Prepare and print delivery notes
Making sure that all inventory processes are completed
Ensure goods are received and delivered on time
Perform a stock check on a weekly basis and report to the Warehouse Manager
Update and manage the stock in the WMS and manage the physical inventory of the warehouse
Perform any other task when assigned by managers
Relevant warehouse process and Warehouse Management System (WMS) qualifications
Excellent in using Warehouse Management Systems
Will be speaking to customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiry
Processing customer orders
Liaising with warehouse staff and queries
Assists in maintaining, weekly, monthly, and annual reports based on company policies
Assist warehouse manager/supervisor in warehouse operation
