Job Description
We are seeking a
transport coordinator
to join our company. The position will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.JOB DISCRIPTION
Manage the transportation division, which includes more than 11 heavy duty trucks.
Manage all transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching vehicles.
A working knowledge of DP Word and the generation of online tokens through DP World.
Strong to manage maintenance units
Manage parking location
Work with other departments to ensure that goods are delivered on time and accurately.
Monitoring the movements of the vehicles, containers and the driver using GPS tracking software.
Knowledge of how to make an excel trip sheet for a driver and a transport coasting sheet for a transport.
An understanding of release/close-out procedures as well as knowledge of exit documents.
Contact the drivers for the deposit and for a pull out of the containers
Maintaining fuel inventories and ordering supplies is needed to ensure that vehicles have enough fuel to operate efficiently.
A working knowledge of trailer management.
Requirements and Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in transportation Freshers are welcome to apply
