Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and control communication between sales, customers, and suppliers throughout the entire order cycle.
Review and handle orders from the sales department (local and indent) or distributors. Enter and track orders accurately.
Recommend the most optimal transportation methods, routes, equipment, and delivery frequencies to ensure efficient delivery from the factory to customers and distributors as per the order requirements.
Issue invoices in the system (local), prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and ensure all invoicing activities are completed in a timely manner.
Take responsibility for performing inventory checks and ensuring proper documentation for accounting related to shipments and stock.
