Logistics Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily shipping and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics processes, managing relationships with courier companies, and finalizing service contracts. Key Responsibilities: . Manage day-to-day logistics operations and order dispatch . Negotiate and establish contracts with courier and delivery companies . Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely shipment of orders . Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines . Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) . Resolve shipping issues and customer complaints efficiently Requirements: . Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or courier management . Strong negotiation and contract management skills . Familiarity with logistics software and tracking tools .
