LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (OMANI NATIONAL) JOB DESCRIPTION -

• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse and transportation.
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
• Essentially oversees the shipping and delivery of materials and warehouse personnel.
• Involved in managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes and unloading of material etc.
• Supervision of managing all logistical aspects of goods from various foreign and local suppliers; this will include importation licenses, customs clearance and related activities.
• Supply Chain and inventory management.
• Keep track of all incoming/outgoing shipments and follow up with suppliers or logistical services in regard to any damaged or missing items etc.
• Work closely with Finance department for relevant jobs.
• Ensure all importations are carried out in respect of Oman laws and regulations to ensure the client is protected from any potential penalties.
• Ensure that recommendations related to the environment, FIFO, safety and health are followed in the daily management of the warehouses.

Qualifications & Skills:

• General Education Diploma or equivalent (Supply chain/Logistics qualification is preferable).
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in relevant job/position in Oman.
• Good knowledge of working on computer and Odoo software is required.
• Disciplined, organized, team player and able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Should be fluent in English & Arabic language

Remuneration & Reporting:

• Reporting to: Finance Manager/General Manager
• Salary Range: 400 to 500 OMR (As per experience & capability)
• Job Location: Al Khoud, Muscat, Oman

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
