Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and organized
Logistics Supervisor
to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and managing the daily activities of drivers. Coordinating delivery routes and ensuring timely order deliveries. Preparing and adjusting drivers' schedules and trip plans. Tracking drivers' performance and ensuring all trips are completed efficiently. Monitoring vehicle movement and proper use. Handling any on-road or delivery issues and providing quick solutions. Preparing daily and weekly delivery and performance reports. Assisting in store logistics operations when needed. Ensuring all company vehicles are in good condition, regularly serviced, and have valid registrations and insurance. Following up on vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinating mechanical check-ups when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics or delivery supervision. Excellent knowledge of all UAE routes, areas, and road regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and solve problems quickly. Good computer and reporting skills. UAE driving license .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
