Job Responsibilities
Oversee the storage, tracking, and movement of IT products and equipment. Ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demands without overstocking. Shipping and Delivery Coordination
Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Vendor and Supplier Relations
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Negotiate contracts and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries. Team Supervision
Manage logistics staff, including warehouse personnel and drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies. Provide training and support to team members to enhance efficiency and productivity. Compliance and Safety
Ensure all logistics operations comply with legal regulations and company standards. Implement safety procedures and conduct regular audits to maintain a secure work environment. Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance and present findings to management. Customer Service
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction. Resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics operations promptly. Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field Experience: 0-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the IT sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms). Skills
