Job Description
Job Objective:
To supervise daily logistics operations and ensure smooth workflow with high efficiency, while adhering to quality and safety standards and achieving the company's operational goals.Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise warehousing, shipping, receiving, and distribution operations. Monitor team performance and assign daily tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy. Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service departments. Resolve daily operational issues and take corrective actions. Prepare daily and weekly performance and operational reports. Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety standards. Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams. High communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems.
