JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contribute to the execution of the full procurement cycle, from receiving purchase requests to issuing purchase orders, through conducting market research, requesting quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and updating the supplier database, ensuring that all processes comply with procurement policies and federal regulations while maximizing value for money.
- Manage purchase requests, RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders
- Conduct market analysis and recommend suppliers
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for timely delivery
- Analyse procurement data and suggest cost-saving opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Academic diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience.
