Logistics Specialist
Job Description
1.Coordinate daily operations related to freight forwarding, transportation,security guard and warehousing.
2.Handle inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land freight) and ensure timely delivery.
3.Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, customs agents, and other stakeholders.
4.Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
5.Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
6.Monitor cargo movement and provide regular updates to clients.
7.Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
8.Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and transactions in the system.
9.Skills in communicating effectively with security guards to ensure proper container and cargo entry/exit management,accurately collect data and resove on-site issues.
10.Support logistics team with process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
