Job Description
Responsible for the complete office & logistics related activities including monthly purchasing of office stationaries, cleaning materials, and its monthly stock register. Also, all LPOs related to these activities are to be issued using EPICOR System.
Responsible for Labour Accommodation for all the three companies that includes arranging spaces for each demobilized & newly joining employees. All Invoice related to this has to be arranged with supporting documents such as Signed Contract, QAC & PO
Tracking monthly Admin related expenses for management review.
Offshore medical and safety training need to arrange as per the requirement from project and the same need to be updated in excel sheet. (Open PO has to be reissued based on the consumed details. Invoice has to be arranged with supporting documents such as QAC & PO)
Performing as In Charge for all Company Drivers, Security Guards, Cleaning Boys & Office Boys that includes monitoring their activities, performance, attendance, timesheet etc.
Scrap sale dealing of the Yards, as per the instruction and guidance from management.
Handling Transportation for the company by coordinating with Company Drivers, Transportation Companies & various department representative for an effective and smooth running of operations. All documentation related to company transportation including fuel consumption bills, transportation invoices, vehicle & equipment maintenance, registration renewal on time etc are coming under this responsibility.
Responsible for yard general maintenance and new office arrangement.
Office Administration activities that include arranging proper seating & facility arrangements for newly joining staff.
Hiring of supply manpower based on the requisition from Projects and coordination with Supply company to collect Invoice with proper backup documents such as QAC, LPO & Approved Timesheet before submitting the same to Accounts for payment.

Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
