As Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity. Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy. Collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing team. Maintain supply chain KPIs (Inventory Turnover, Accuracy, Delivery/Shipment times, Return Reasons, Invoice Accuracy etc.) Suggest solutions for process improvements. Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders. Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned from time to time. Create system invoices, delivery notes, & packing lists. Coordinate shipments and drivers\xe2\x80\x99 trips. Train new employees in job duties. Control Receipt and dispatch of all incoming and outgoing items from store. Assure loading team is distributed and labors are assigned efficiently over tasks. Make Purchase Requests then forward them to Purchase Department for all consumables & trading items. Maintain safety measures in all warehouses. Assure all items are loaded according to Quality Check List: Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or any related field. 2 years of experience at least in logistics field in UAE.
