Logistics & Inventory Assistant Manager

Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:



Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily logistics and inventory operations. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for timely delivery of goods. Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials. Maintain proper documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and import/export regulations. Support the Logistics Manager in preparing reports, shipment schedules, and performance analysis. Implement and monitor inventory control systems to reduce errors and improve efficiency. Manage and guide warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years of UAE experience

in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management. Strong knowledge of

Microsoft Office

and ERP systems (Odoo or similar preferred). Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience in

electronics or technical equipment industry

is an added advantage. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
