Logistics Team Leader
Location: Garhoud, Dubai UAE
Full-time | Salary range: AED 4,200 - 6,200

We're looking for a Logistics Manager to manage the flow of goods across our international and local operations -- ensuring smooth shipments, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries. What you'll do:
(Responsibilities and Accountabilities):

Coordinate with customers regarding new and existing orders Coordinate with suppliers about pending orders Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including import/export and customs documentation Reconcile all invoices related to courier services Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and couriers Ensure all relevant records related to logistics are provided to Accounts Finalise Tax Invoice and Delivery Advice for customers Track orders and resolve logistics issues Support warehouse and sales teams with shipment planning Assist with attending customers' inquiries when assigned Handle warranty jobs
Preferred Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Experiences):

Meticulous recordkeeping Excellent organization and communication skills Organisational skills Relevant logistics/supply chain experience of 3-5 years College graduate Experience with import/export preferred Proficiency in MS Office and ERP (Zoho), logistics tools Quality Management System Awareness Training [preferred but not required]
