Qualifications

Strong understanding of logistics operations and best practices.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of ice cream products to various distribution centers and retail outlets.
• Manage and optimize the warehousing and storage of ice cream products, ensuring proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery times.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth flow of products from manufacturing to distribution.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation service providers and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe and secure supply chain environment.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of ice cream products, ensuring proper handling and packaging.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and warehousing processes, including cold chain logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a dynamic work environment.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
