JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES LOGISTICS INTERN : 1. Responsible for handling all operations and procurements activities. 2. Creating /editing documentation, agreements , contracts such as policy and procedures and reading them properly . 3. Assist manager and sales team in preparation for calendar meetings and following up with clients . 4. Providing time to time information to all customer and sending tracking reports and shipment updates . 5. Procure best and competitive rates from the suppliers 6. Make cold calls and generating leads . 7. Following up with existing clients on daily basis for upcoming shipments through calls and emails. 8. Continually analyse the logistics market to determine freight rates ensuring competitiveness within the market palace. 9. Maximizing profit by effectively negotiating with supplier. 10. Getting trained from senior trainee regarding Land transportation both Gcc and local. 11. Proper safety check ensuring all drivers are following safety instructions. 12. Handling customer complaints and resolving the issues with corrective action plan on top most priority 13. On boarding and introducing new transporters who can provide credit facility. 14. Reporting to the Senior Manager. Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Part-time hours: 48 per week Salary: AED1,000.00 - AED1,100.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
