Immediately Responsibilities

Schedule and execute vehicle routes based on security operational requirements.
Arrange messengers for collection / delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and other emirates.
Execute Rules and Regulations, procedures, policies related to Logistics that was given and instructed by the Management.
Clarify the vehicle registration certificate and clearing the documents.
Supervise all logistic operations and coordinate with operations, projects and other departments.
Planning and designing the vehicle sticker for upgrading the patrolling operations and coordinate with the procurement department.
Collect the quotes as based on the requirements and coordinate with the sub-contractor for procuring and installing the vehicle accessories.
In case of breakdown of vehicles, to arrange the recovery van for carrying the breakdown vehicles to the designated location or immediately arrange replacement vehicles / transportation facility.
Maintain proper documentation for company vehicles and leased vehicles.
Make sure all drivers are following rules and regulations of the company.
Conduct vehicle inspection on random basis.
Coordinate with police and other external agencies in case of accident.
Coordinate and supervise logistic operation.
Prepare Daily Report on Logistic operation and submit to the Management.
