Hexcel is currently seeking an Logistics Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Ensure WHS operations are running with respects of all Hexcel EHS rules Ensuring 100% OTD through good logistics management and coordinating shipments Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials Ensuring a good and reliable organization of inventories Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations Be responsible of packaging design and optimization to improve quality and reduce cost

Qualifications: Engineering degree in logistics management or equivalent Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or equivalent similar supervising position. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management. Good knowledge on logistics rules Time management skills and the ability to delegate. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software and Power BI. Problem-solving skills.
