Ensure the monitor and control physically of the cold chain is strictly adhered to in DC (storage area at correct temperature, pallets are kept in organized and systematic manner in the storage area).
Physically control the hygiene, cleaning and arrangements of the DC (storage location, picking locations, docks etc.).
Report issues to LSP and management and ensure corrective actions are implemented by LSP.
Cascade to the hierarchy any issues or concerns can affect the quality of services to the stores and the respect of delivery timeframe and lead time to the stores.
Control the quality of outbound pallets (free of damages, product is well stacked) and that pallet are built to the highest capacity to ensure reduction of distribution cost.
