Our client, a leading purification and filtration service provider is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator for their office based in SAIF Zone, Sharjah.
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiency in managing all logistics matters pertaining to the business to enhance the import/export & system/service. Update & share MIS (System Based Report) with line manager and management related to purchases & logistics in an effective & regular manner. Ensure meticulous record keeping of all relative documentation from Purchase to Delivery/Export. Run & maintain routine official matters in line with company policies, procedures & organizational ethics.
Inventory - maintain track of goods imported/exported or sold for updated stock-on-hand position at all times & maintain stocks for critical, frequently used items to meet urgent needs of customers.
Scheduling - proactive follow ups must be done to ensure smooth scheduling of logistics from the supplier location to the destination. Regular & timely coordination with Manufacturing, Suppliers/Agents, Head Office, Sales Team & Customers must be carried out to deliver service excellence to final customers. This would apply equally to imports for local sales at UAE as well as imports for exports to international or internal customers of UAE.
Documentation - immaculate documentation must be maintained containing all references from purchase requests to logistics quotations, comparisons, final invoicing by suppliers/agents (Payables), landed costs, GRN, DN and invoicing to final customers (Receivables).
Education:
Any Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of experience in logistics sector.
Salary: AED 4000 - 4500
