Role Summary: A Qureos partner is looking for a detail-oriented logistics coordinator with strong negotiation, project management, time management, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the manufacturing, factory, import and export, logistics, or chemical industries and will be proficient in supply chain management, logistics, inventory management, and ERP systems. A Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Handling all import and export Shipments.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers & to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the material date of dispatch and documentation.
- Negotiate delivery schedules in order to meet client\xe2\x80\x99s delivery timing.
- Coordinate and arrange shipping documents details with supplier in order to ensure smooth cargo handling and smooth offloading of the materials at destination or client\xe2\x80\x99s premises.
- Assist in purchasing activities & planning of raw materials & re-sale.
- Handling invoices, COO with other Shipping documents & import permit deal with accounts department.
- Deal with Customs department for import permits, Application of Duty exemption from government authorities
- Prepare and issue Certificate of Origin from Ministry of Economy or Chamber of Commerce and Review and negotiate Ocean freight, transportation and clearance cost at KSA/QATAR/ OMAN and other areas assigned.
- Communicate with the Freight Forwarding companies, AOME production, and Warehouse to organize multi drop delivery inside warehouse of our local clients and AOME warehouse.
- Prepare and update Logistics reports and meet with production/ warehouse team.
- Assist & coordinate Purchasing Reports (Raw Materials and Trading Business), Logistics cost calculation report & other internal reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
