Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, invoices, and documentation related to logistics and inventory management.
Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to optimize warehouse storage and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and service providers to negotiate favorable terms and rates.
Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and customer service, to coordinate order fulfillment and meet customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding transportation, safety, and environmental standards.
Provide support and assistance to the logistics team as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to enhance logistics capabilities and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation modes, and inventory management principles.
Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
