Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator & Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the central point of communication for our logistics operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of goods. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and providing crucial administrative support to maintain our high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the shipment of goods from origin to destination.
  • Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and trace shipments in real-time, providing proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and process all required shipping and customs documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays that may arise.
Administrative & Client Support:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Manage and update inventory records, ensuring data accuracy in our system.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records of all logistics activities.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on shipment status, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all reporting is timely, accurate, and actionable for management review.
  • Assist in analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement in cost and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for the logistics industry and a drive for operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with logistics software or ERP systems.
  • Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • High school diploma is required; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
