Roles & Responsibilities

Process customer orders to deliver required products.
Accurately record client data in the system to track their order history and improve service performance.
Coordinate the resources required for the delivery of goods such as drivers, labourers and vehicles to ensure efficient use of the resources available to meet the delivery requirements.
Prepare timetables for all company vehicles to ensure swift and efficient delivery of goods in a timely manner to satisfy client requirements.
