Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating shipments, including scheduling pickups, tracking deliveries, and communicating with carriers and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and logistics documentation.
Prepare shipping and customs documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.
Monitor and track inventory movements, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Assist in analyzing logistics data and identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient handling of goods.
Respond to inquiries and provide updates to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding shipment status and logistics-related matters.
Assist in resolving logistics-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Support the logistics team in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations and best practices.
