Assist in coordinating logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide support to the logistics team in analyzing data and generating reports.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
