Role and responsibilities

- Liaison with logistics, service providers and inter BU team members
- Interco ASN Management
- External Supplier ASN Management
- Manual ASN Management - Create a manual import record
- Inbound Shipment Approval - Approve that import record
- Broker Communication
- Post-Entry Management
- Prepare and track the shipping plan for the month
- Prepare transport documents for incoming shipments
- Prepare shipping documents for outgoing customer\xe2\x80\x99s orders
- Communicate with different teams to facilitate the dispatch of the orders
- Resolve issues arising during the order execution process
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager
- Min 3 years of experience in Logistics
- Should have freezone area experience
- ready to join ASAP
