Position Overview
Sharaf DG is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics and Inventory Executive to manage end-to-end repair parts and device logistics operations. The role involves overseeing purchasing, stock handling, system updates, and shipment coordination to ensure seamless warehouse operations and timely availability of spare parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination within a fast-paced retail or service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create purchase orders (local, import, and consignment) based on requirements.
  • Receive, unpack, and validate goods against purchase orders before system entry.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of received inventory.
  • Issue parts to respective jobs and record goods issuance in the system.
  • Verify shipment invoices against purchase orders and upload for payment processing.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular tracking and reconciliation.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Process supplier credit notes and update PRET in the system.
  • Prepare STOs and gate passes for internal goods transfers.
  • Coordinate defective or DOA part returns to vendors.
  • Manage driver schedules and dispatch activities to meet daily operational targets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all warehouse transactions.
  • Perform other related logistics and inventory duties as assigned.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in materials, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems, purchasing workflows, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
