: Assist and Advise in the planning, developing and implementation of people and materials transportation strategies and networks for Projects covering all offshore locations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Carry out studies and data analysis as required for the transportation of people and materials to support Project planning and execution.
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist with developing and preparing interface processes, procedures and systems to manage Logistics services
and activities for all Project Logistic teams.
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist in the review / update of the Project Logistics Operational Readiness Plans.
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist in the review and update of Logistics Risk Register.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide Logistic advise to Brown Field Projects.a. Develop and ensure best implementation of transportation interface processes and procedures in coordination with Project, Contractors, PMC\xe2\x80\x99s and other Zadco Departments.
b. Develop, review and lead SOW and carry out technical evaluation for all related ITT\xe2\x80\x99s.
c. Prepare required processes and procedures for (1) safe materials handling (2) loss prevention control measures and (3) materials preservation.
d. Develop and revise the clearing and forwarding procedures to cope with the new project requirements including customs duty letters, etc.
e. Assists in the management of the Logistics interface requirement between Brown Field, Satah Field and
UZ750 projects and other concerned teams.
f. Assists in the management of the interface requirement between ZADCO and ADMA-OPCO in relation to
Zirku Island Logistics support.
g. Participate in the planning and preparation for new projects to ensure logistic support is in place to ensure no disruption to project schedule.
h. Participate with the interface team in order to meet set targets / KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
i. Assist in the development, implementation and coordination of project interface management plans.
j. Assist in preparing studies, business case and data analysis as required.
k. Prepare reports and data statistics.
l. Assist in the development and implementation of the MOC (Management of Change) related to Material
Handling, Marine support and transportation of people and supplies to support Project operations.
m. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.n. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as order management, accounting, or shipping.
o. Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.p. Assist in preparing the training and development program of U.A.E Nationals.
q. Participate in the initiation and follow up of U.A.E. Nationals Training Program.HSE Requirements
