Looking for a smart, qualified, well informed Logisitics Administror for a leading Healthcare distributor in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Responsibilities: Overseeing all Logistics operations for the branch. Arranging all local import approval from the concerned ministries. Well versed with the Bahrain Customs clearance procedures. Coordinate with the assigned vendors of Courier/Air/Road/Sea shipments. Organizing and managing storage and transportation. Documents Reviewing, preparing, and routing of all shipments assigned. Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments. Monitoring shipments, costs & timelines. Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues. Well mannered & well organized with all the external & internal stakeholder. Requirement Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in logistics management required. Working knowledge of local import regulation of various ministries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Good management and organizational skills.
