Position:

Logistic / Transport Supervisor (Immediate Joining)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations. Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively. Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. Prepare accurate reports for upper management. Provides direct communication to security staff and dispatches officer when indicated. Monitors safety and security for areas of responsibility Be the master user of the Access Control system and the highest point of escalation of issues. Provide driver, operator, rigger training program on a standard basis and when required to meet site requirements. Coordinate transport, machines and managing vehicles within the department Responsible of arrangement vehicles (buses, Cars,06-wheel dumper, trailer and fleet bed), machinery (JCB, Shovel, Roller, Grader, Mobile Crane, Boom Loader, Bobcat, Excavator, Dozer), with commination and planning and coordinate with site management. Responsible of arrangement of reporting to mechanical department for repairing or maintenance, oil and filter service as required. Prepare time sheets and to be submitted to the HR office on time to issue accurate payroll adjustment. Ensure time and attendance records are submitted on time within established deadlines. Employees for whom no data was received must be reported to the supervisor. Monitor attendance of all employees, in and out from the site. Maintain a log sheet of leave and absences. Report to the PM with constant late, and punctuality. To ensure the accurate completion of all documentation required to report field service performance. Transport driver, operator & rigger supervisor, completes company driver performance evaluations and submits merit for Team Lead approval Comply with the Mine Regulation Act and Regulations clauses that apply to your work area. Ensure statutory requirements are met. Assign and coordinate tasks for your team members. Attend monthly safety inspection and meetings. Manage and coordinate daily corrective actions Conditions- Appearance and cleaning- Maintenance Log- Maintenance Cost- Time sheet- Fuel Consumption - Monthly- Salik Consumption - Monthly- Drivers Fine management. Computer Skills: MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)

Education: High School Certificate / Diploma in Computer

UAE Driving License: Mandatory

Languages: English, Hindi, Urdu (Arabic will be advantage)
