Logistic Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics & Sales Manager to oversee international import and export operations of liquid chemicals in ISO tanks.
This role combines hands-on logistics coordination with business development and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will understand both the technical and commercial aspects of ISO tank shipping, ensuring operational excellence while growing our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate international shipments of liquid chemicals in ISO T-11 tanks.
Oversee the complete logistics cycle--from booking, documentation, and customs clearance to delivery and tank repositioning.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and global logistics partners.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in target markets.
Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service agreements with carriers and clients.
Ensure full compliance with international chemical transport regulations (IMDG, ADR, etc.).
Monitor tank utilization and optimize fleet deployment across global trade lanes.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage pricing, billing, and profitability.
Provide timely reporting on shipments, costs, margins, and market developments.
