: 1. Develop new logistic strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost; 2. Analyze existing supply chain for inefficiencies and make recommendations; 3. Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers, as well as to guarantee delivery schedules are adhered to; 4. Manage and develop logistics staff; 5. Supervising the process of motors importing and exporting ; 6. Supervising the remainder of the logistics team's job; 7. Collaborating with different divisions within the business to enhance logistics; 8. Establishing and managing importing and exporting shipping schedules ; 9. Discussions and negotiations with motors carriers about shipment costs port custom office team ; 10. Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications ; 11. Report regularly to senior management about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules. Skills & Qualifications Required: 1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering; 2. At least 10 years working experience in logistics ; 3. Experience in Auto-Motor import and export is preferred; 4. Strong team player; 5. Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports; 6. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. 7.
