Job Description
IIQAF is looking for a talented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing distribution systems, inventory control systems and monitoring of goods in transit. You will analyze customer orders, as well as manage purchasing and shipping activities. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will optimize the process and ensure that all shipments are delivered on time.

- Monitor and manage the supply chain process of acquiring raw materials and goods from suppliers
- Track inventory levels and stock reports to discuss with management and provide estimates of upcoming needs
- Analyze shipping orders, routes and costs in order to optimize profitability
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Troubleshoot operational challenges, resolve customer issues, and manage customer order fulfillment
- Maintain all current shipping practices, including customs clearance
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of materials
- Monitor and manage storage and shipping of products
- Organize and coordinate transport and warehousing activities
- Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to secure best prices and services
- Create and monitor performance metrics on supply chain and logistics
- Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- A minimum of 1-2 years\' experience in logistics and supply chain operations
- Knowledge of customs regulations, logistics designs and plant operations
- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level of organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
